Jono Ganz is an author, illustrator and animator. He lives and works in a nice old house in London, which he shares with his wife, their adopted cat, and a 19th century weaving loom.
His debut book for children, Mildred the Gallery Cat, was published by Tate Publishing in 2022. It was shortlisted for the 2023 Klaus Flugge Prize for illustration, and has been translated into German, Korean and Simplified Chinese. It has also been adapted for a series of site-based activities and learning resources, as well as a range of merchandise (erasers! aprons! tiny tote bags!) available from the Tate shop.
I'm Fine, Thanks!, his second picture book isn't out yet at time of writing but early readers are describing it as "wild and unhinged" and "hilariously random".
