"Sprawling is an album about getting out of your head and allowing yourself to connect with others on a fundamental level. It’s also about conflict, about maintaining a relationship when things might not be so easy, and having the strength to come out the other side as a better person."
Rich from the band gave me a colour palette and some photos of a lake in Croatia and left me to it. I produced this during lockdown, thinking a lot about the nature and landscapes shut off to me, and the interplay between internal and external experiences.
