For the debut record by London-based artist Fire Up the Dark Sky, I took a collection of curated images and symbols and developed an occult-inspired multimedia package. Centring on a fictional "magickal self-help handbook", I experimented with esoteric iconography and material narratives to construct a rich world for the songs to inhabit and help release the EP in an entirely original way.

An enigmatic social media launch linked to a responsive (but intentionally glitchy) splash page with a link to sign up to a newsletter. Eventually, the EP became available on the usual streaming channels, though the artwork had changed, and was inconsistent between platforms. Playing with digital artefacts and physicality allowed me to create a tangible history to a digital release, which can be otherwise clinical and unengaging.
